stylabration @2sallyh LARGE: Chest 23" lying flat underarm to underarm, 20" long shoulder hem. Measurements for large are posted in previous comments sections as I often do with multiple sizes; there is limited space in description. This can be worn off shoulder but you have to pull the elastic down. It does not fall naturally off shoulder, instead; falls on top of shoulder and stays put. Hope this helps & TY for your interest!
