mamaturtledove @baseballchic The jeans weren't factored into the price I gave. That was for the shirt? For the 2 Lulu sweaters I can't take off much because they sell pretty quickly. Bundle would be the standard 5% off so $69 for both.

channytell13 Considering I've purchased 50+ items here on posh, I'm used to getting my items very quickly. Although I do realize you have a very large closet, almost meaning it may take a while to ship. I really wasn't that worried, but thanks for your concern.

I have been navigating my way around PM for about a month now and seem to be figuring it out. But I noticed my items are not showing up under the brand I listed it under. I recently purchased an item from a seller, (on Feb 7), and it is now listed as "in progress" in my purchases section. However, when I click on it, the listing is gone, along with all the other listings the seller had. How do I contact this seller now? I know I can get my money back, but I actually really wanted the shirt! Any advice?

pikachu4me @mamaturtledove hi, I have a question. Why I can't use the balance that I make from selling my items to buy on Poshmark? I tried to buy a bundle but it give me an option payment for ( credit card or Thru p.p) account to make my payment for that bundle. Thank you.

mamaturtledove @pikachu4me You should be able to use the balance. Is this your first purchase? I think maybe it prompts you for your cc info so that it is saved on file for future transactions

pikachu4me @mamaturtledove I used to bought from Poshmark before but it was single item, not in a bundle. So the seller did put into one item for me ... if it work, but it didn't work, I still have to use my CC. My first ordered, I used the credit that I got from Poshmark + balance from my sell items. I thought it was because it is in Bundle so it doesn't work. So I tried to added my CC, it still doesn't let me change/option to use the balance that I have from Poshmark. Thank for answering my question 🙂

aengell I had a sender ship my purchase in an express bag, I would have been charged $12 in fees to accept, so I had them return to sender. What do I do now since I still want the shirt, and paid for it?

mamaturtledove @aengell You should have reported it to Postmark and then let them decide how you want to handle it. Sometimes they let you pay for it and then reimburse you in Poshmark credits. The seller should have used the label emailed to them. Why was it sent Express?

aengell @mamaturtledove I didn't accept, because I couldn't accept without paying the $12, so I had it returned to the sender. I'm assuming at this point they will just cancel the sell and I'll have to repurchase after she lists again? Thanks for the help!

mamaturtledove @shopbyme17 All items receive USPS tracking once shipped, so you can see if it's been delivered. Scammers will always find a way to scam so I can't really answer that. Most Poshers are honest and good people

agroveston @mamaturtledove I have never had it happen where apparently I listed something well below what it was worth. I have received many comments saying I should cancel and relist...unsure what this does to my trustworthiness as a seller? Also really not sure if I should trust people with these comments - I may have bought this particular jacket for $90 or so...listed it at $60 and sold it at $54. Others have told me if I listed it well over $150 it would snatched up. Any help is appreciated!
