The signature Jacquard lining has some slight piling which is totally not noticeable or that effects the functionality of the bag. I posted a pic with price of the same bag selling by another Posher for comparison. It has 1 inside zip pocket, 2 inside slip pockets, hang tag and adjustable leather shoulder strap. Approximate measurements: 10 1/2" wide across top, 7" wide across bottom, 9" height, 5" deep, and a 14" adjustable shoulder strap drop.
