They were not able to undo the cancellation. Repurchase and it will be sent off today or tomorrow the item is already packaged and ready to go just need a new shipping label after purchase

@malachibutts ok..so I talked to the jeweler and he said with this type of ring..you can only size down 2 sizes without messing up the stones..I need a 4.5 or 5..so it won't work..I am sorry..
