It’s a high neck leotard with sequins in front and sheer puffy sleeves. It zips up the back. It has a pair of shorts to go over the bottoms. This can be used for pieces to a costume. I’m not exactly sure on the size because this is from the 80’s. It looks like a child 7/8. There may be a size chart online for this brand?
