Cable & Gauge L XL 1X Tunic Dress

I purchased this really cute dress as a tunic to wear over leggings. It’s a L, but fits more like a XXL or 1X. It’s verrrrry cute. AND it has pockets! The bottom didn’t lay over my hips like I wanted it to - it was a little too A-line. Tags removed but worn only for try on. It is a dark emerald green.
