Calf length FLARE skirt

Midi/calf length flare skirt, 27 inch long. Fabric is heavy and rich, gorgeous blue and dark blue floral pattern with thin black waistband that can be removed. European size 42, equivalent to US size 12-14 / Large but can also fit XL. waist width is 35” at its most narrow part. Back zipper. Fabric: 95% Cotton and 5% Lycra.
