Water resistant. See photo for details. Removable hood with cinch Fleece bib with zipper. (Cannot remove this part) Size large - true to size. Very professional looking. Layers over many layers or a tshirt just fine. I've worn this 3 times. Once in light rain. It kept me warm and dry from the rain. Only selling this because I now park in a garage for work and home and no real need to face rough weather in a professional setting. Non smoking home All buttons and zippers in great shape.
