Like new! Simple but classic fitted dress in a gorgeous royal blue color. The sleeveless style has a flattering ruffle at the shoulder, so it covers like a cap sleeve (I flipped the ruffle back in one of the photos to show this.) There are on-seam pockets at the hips that don't add bulk at all. You can barely see them, but yes! Pockets! It has a zip in the back, with a hook and eye closure that the top. There is a split in the skirt at the back for walking ease. Fully lined with a matching blue silky fabric. There is a small, on-seam rip in the lining that doesn't affect the fit nor is visible unless you turn the dress inside out.
