Calvin Klein ladies linen dress with belt and jacket size 8

Calvin Klein beige linen dress fully lined with optional tie belt and jacket. Size 8. In excellent condition, wore to a wedding and then dry-cleaned. One of the belt loop threads has come loose and would be easy to fix (see last photo), other than that in perfect condition.
