Gorgeous color (aqua/teal), with a gold collar accent. This is a fairly fitted size 4, would fit 36C with hips around 37-39. It has a little bit stretch to it and is excellent condition - worn 2-3 times. No flaws. Great for weddings, cocktail parties or professional meetings with a blazer or cardigan.
