Carmen Marc Valvo embellished black textured cocktail dress

Black embellished cocktail dress with beautiful neck detailing. Textured fabric with metallic threads throughout. Defined waist, v neck with flattering pleating. Almost looks like vintage brooches at top, graced with a satin ribbon. Does have slight pilling, but not very noticeable. Purchased at Neiman Marcus.
