Caroline Constas off-the-shoulder high-low skirt in cotton poplin.

I purchased this in all white, was over it so tie dyed it with tumeric to be yellow. It’s a size medium, though has no tags. Has one small black mark on the sleeve, no idea how it got there as I never wore this out of the house.
