Caron Vintage Black Velvet Embroidered Maxi Skirt

Gorgeous!!! Black 70s velvet skirt with a rainbow of colorful floral embroidery. It is a high waisted skirt and there is a sash that I believe is a belt but I'm unsure how it should be tied. Back zipper. Unlined. The skirt is in very good vintage condition! Excellent working zipper. No size tag. Measurements are: high waist 24", length 38.75". The length of the sash from end to end is 48. (size small listed as a guess).
