Hi! I’m so sorry the dress was dirty when you received it. Something must have happened while shipping, as it was wrapped up nicely and like new when I sent it. It also took a long time to get to you.

@ashtate8251 definitely not your fault! Tried to contact USPS yesterday, but the wait was forever and I ended up hanging up. I am going to try again today! I’ll let you know, the least they could do is refund shipping cost. Treated stains yesterday and let them sit, hoping they come out in the wash🤞🏻
