Chacott Dance Culottes

These are culottes, soft & flowy shorts that look like a skirt. From the ballet/dance wear brand Chacott by Freed of London (bought in Japan). The tag says size Medium, waist 61-67 cm (24-26 in), which is closer to US Small, but they’re super stretchy and have accommodated my “growth” after moving back to the US.
