Champagne Shimmer Gown: Flutter Sleeves, Tie Waist

The event I planned to wear this to got canceled, and I'm hoping one of you can put this easy and elegant stunner to good use! A size-2 gal looking to highlight some cleavage and smooth out her waistline/hips would find this gown to be the perfect fit. Thanks to the tie-waist, the dress fit my current size-0 shape well, but that neckline is dying for just a little more than my 32A's could provide!
