Chanel Poured Frosted Pastel Resin Crusiform Button

Here is an earlier button by Chanel, it is not signed and it does not have the double c's on it, so it was made early '80s. It is silver tone metal set with poured frosted resin, I don't think it's glass, it's too light. It has the crusiform design which they used so often. There are pretty bad imitations, and some not so bad, but you can see by how well it is made, the quality and the back of the button that it's by Chanel. If you know Chanel, you know Chanel and you know when it isn't. I don't know how else to phrase it. Chanel made some pastel jewels and buttons for awhile and this was from that season. It would be lovely as a top button on a blouse or pinned to a scarf. Please see photos for details.
