Charlotte Russe Blouse

Red Charlotte Russe blouse with lace trim and tie string in back. Tag size M, but fits more like Sm. Crinkle look to the fabric, but still very soft. Very flattering cut. V-neck is low, best worn with a tank underneath. Makes a great holiday blouse. Two tiny holes on the right front side as pictured, but never noticed while wearing- hidden due to gathering/folds and texture of fabric. 3/4 sleeves. 100% polyknit. @26in long.
