Hi! It appears as though delivery of your package 📦 was attempted on Monday and a note 📝 was left because there was no secure location 📭 to leave the package 📦 . It must be being held by the PO. Have you had a chance to check on it?

@briashonnel hey, no worries at all. I understand it's all on USPS right now; just asked them to update the status of the package to at least see where it is. They're a mess. I will just extend my Hold Mail service until it arrives. Thank you!

@briashonnel it's just awful. I tried opening a compliant on it Saturday night and saw they closed it, no explanation given, on Sunday. I can escalate but I'm not sure what else can be done... Filing a lost claim seems to almost guarantee it won't show up now. How much longer did it take for your other customers?

@briashonnel I haven't filed an actual claim yet, the other thing was more of a request for an update, but I will do so. They didn't get back to me. I wonder who this can be escalated to. Shoot, I'd go to the facility and look myself if. I knew where it was haha.

@briashonnel just wanted to let you know that I got an automated email from ecustomercare that the case was forwarded to a different office and they'll respond back in several business days. 😐 I guess we'll see. Still praying it's just stuck somewhere.

I requested them to double-check that it'll be held at the post office because they're ignoring my hold mail request. Thank you!! 😀

It’s on me for not checking her out but I tend to be a little too trusting in general. I just took a look at her shop and of course I see those shoes in every size listed for $55 more than what I sold them to her for.
