This is a pair of Maroon Chaus Brand straight leg pants, size 10. They are in excellent condition with no stains, rips, tears, of flaws. These pants zip on the side, providing a flattering smooth finish in the front. The fabric content is 68% polyester, 38% rayon, 4% spandex, and was beautifully. They wash beautifully, are wrinkle resistant, and keep their shape all day long. Inseam is 28 1/4”, waist is 18”, and hips, 20 1/2.
