Chelsea & Violet dress

This flirty little number features ruching option on one side of dress making it very flattering and it has a teal slip dress underneath. No imperfections! The chest measurement is hard to capture because rod the dolman sleeve style but the slip dress underneath has a chest measurement of 15” (and had hood stretch). Length of dress is about 35”.
