Ordered as a M, but would fit a small (on high end) or medium (on low end), sort of in between. I'm a true medium and it fits a little snug. The clavicle area of this high neck bra is padded, for comfort & protection while doing moves such as barbell cleans, clean & jerk, shoulder to overhead presses. All padding included!
