Chloe Faye Backpack, calfskin leather and suede, Tan. I believe this is the small size, although the tag says “single size” - I included pictures with approximate measurements. Bought at Nordstrom some 5 or 6 years back, this was only carried once so is still in perfect condition. Comes with dust bag, authenticity card and original tag (detached).
