🎀 Chopin ruffle navy & striped dress

Chopin is an elegant fast moving fashion brand sold only in Italy, although you can buy online (feel free to check out their beautiful site: chopinroma.com). I bought this dress from their location in Italy's capital, Rome. Dress Features a ruffle bust, attached red waist tie, & a pleated striped skirt! Size says M but fits a Small better, however the strechy waist gives some leeway! Beautiful dress, feel free to ask questions about anything in my closet! It probably has a background :)
