Non slip protective pads were professionally installed by authorized CL tech through Neiman Marcus at time of purchase. I attempted to wear once but just felt too uncomfortable with the height and back into the closest they went after a few hours. I own several CL shoes and these are my most comfortable due to the platform. They are a 39.5 euro size. I am a true 9 and they fit perfectly. Original box, shoe covers, and extra replacement taps included with shoes.
