Sold by Midwestern Home Products. Come with original box. It unfortunately has no model name or mark, so I have no further details. Please see pictures for condition.

@liri_2013 The widest part of the base is 7 3/4”, depth is 6”, and highest chimney to base is roughly 8 1/2”.

@moniqua_conyer Oh dear, I really don’t know where you might find the lights alone. My suggestion would be to go to a home improvement store and describe to them what you’re looking for. They could probably help you find an alternative option.
