What type of fabric is it? How would you describe the feeling of it — is it soft?

@sydparker820 It says “made from dead stock, up-cycled, recycled fabric.” I can tell it’s not cotton. But, it by no stretch is uncomfortable feeling. Just doesn’t fit my bust. 😔
