Chunky Cotton Knit Cardigan Snowflake Cropped

Over-sized heavy cotton sweater. would fit someone L or XL through the shoulder. Falls to midriff is quite short and hangs above the waist. Stomach is exposed. I tried on and fits me well through the shoulder and I measure 19" flat also on front a Very light stain. See pictures. Flat Measurements: Shoulder seam to Seam 24" ( would fit a 19" shoulder comfortably) Armpit to Armpit 21.5 Back Collar to bottom 19" Sleeve Length from Seam to Cuff is 16" Sleeve length from Mid Collar (Tag) is 27"
