BEAUTIFUL strapless Cinderella Blue prom dress. has a black top and a long light blue bottom. I have a size 34 bust and it fits perfectly. I’m 5’4 and it’s too long but with about 3-4 inch heels it was the perfect length. (can also be hemmed if still too long) only worn one and is in great condition. it’s a size 5 and i’m a size small (2-4) and it fits perfectly.
