City Chic tunic dress 18

First pic is the dress shown with black leggings. I am 5’10” and it was quite short on me. Arms are 3/4 length. This has been worn a few times. Really cute and chic. This has been in my spare closet and there’s a dust mark on one arm that should come out with laundering. Dog & cat friendly home.
