I have reached out to Poshmark customer service, but still haven't gotten a definitive answer. Maybe you've heard of this before..... my question is below this....

loamarie309 @queenmumm over a week ago a buyer purchased NWT NIB Authentic chanel flats from me. She asked many many times to have a face to face exchange and have me mail an empty box to her so I'd get paid. Of course I said "no" each time. Finally she asked me to bring it to the post office asap and give her tracking info. I sent the shoes within hours (and included a very nice gift). The shoes are now not being signed for by her or anyone in the household ( we are both in NYC, continued....

loamarie309 @queenmumm ... ( we are both in NYC, I assume she has no doorman so needs to personally sign for a package) She's now failed to get the package for 7 days! Poshmark has asked me to wait a week and I have, but no more has gone been done. The buyer has promised me that she would get the shoes yesterday, Monday and today, Tuesday, but she has not! I have a feeling she had no intention to pay for the shoes...continued below

queenmumm @loamarie309 Hi, Lola! What you are describing is not unheard of. I've had a shipment go unclaimed before. It takes a while sometimes - with weather, or a vacationing customer. Please don't worry. Poshmark has your back and will make sure you get paid. Or the item returned. The app is shipping a million packages a week, so it may take a little longer to get closure on this sale. Thank you for your patience! 👑☺👑

However, I got notification that she has now gotten it after 8 days. So, it’s all good now. Thank you again for your help. You have the perfect name!! You are the queen mum of Posh!! melfsu21 @loamarie309 ..... I completely understand. Let me try on another Lilly dress I have at home in size 4 to ensure that is exactly the size I need and I will most likely do both the shorts and the dress, as my little girl has those shorts and I really want them. Plus the dress is a timeless classic and I can’t pass that up too. Would it be possible to at least reserve the shorts, as I know I want those for sure 💗

She is 4 and I bought them a while back for her but at that time, I was a bigger size and refused to buy for me. I finally lost the weight and have been searching for them to do a Mommy and me matching with her 💗💗. As soon as you return, tag me and I will purchase both.
