kristy1202 @amygil hi Amy, yes the are genuine fresh water pearls. The post is Sterling silver and you get a choice of a stainless steel back or a rubber back. I am not sure on the size but can check when I get home for you. Thank you for your interest and I will get back to you shortly.

kristy1202 @amygil sorry it's taken so long to get back to you I just moved and I'm trying to find the box I have these in. I know they are small, the perfect stud earring size. I out grocery shopping but when I get home I think I have it figured out what box it's in.
