New without tags, but was bought secondhand from someone else on here. The bag has hairline scratches throughout the bag which are noticeable in direct lighting, but unnoticeable on a day-to-day basis; the bag came like this and I can assume it was because the bag was stored with other things, as I can tell the bag was never actually used, as it has no sagging, no odor, and no break-in on the leather. I have cleaned and polished the bag with leather cleaner and treatment myself to reduce the appearance of the scratches. Very cute, everyday bag that fits a lot. Leather is very soft and luxe feeling.
