Typical reconditioning for ALL pre-loved handbags in my closet involves inspection of the outer shell, inner lining(s), all hardware including clasps and zippers, handle/strap condition, and overall cleanliness. If there's a stain that's not removable, odors, broken zippers, or places where wear is noticeable, it will be noted in the listing. Each item is priced accordingly. Bag is clean inside. No marks on lining. NOTE: Where the handles meet on this bag, there are light friction marks from normal use. Reconditioning could not repair all of these marks. BONUS: When carrying the bag, the straps come together, hiding these marks completely. See photo. TIP: Some use a Sharpie or leather paint to further repair handbags. I personally do not, but these are two ideas.
