ellicc @alysalan Hello! The straps are very adjustable to suit shoulder or crossbody wear. The straps can be shortened up to 27 inches for the purpose of carrying it on the shoulders and as for crossbody wear, it can be shortened to 40 inches as well. I am 5’0 and this feature of this bag is definitely a plus for me 👍🏽
