Shoulder strap, crossbody strap and hangtag (which is customized with a little ghost friend) This bag also has a special tortoiseshell buckle that was put on at the craftsmanship bar in a coach store. I have the original brass buckle as well that I will include in the package. Worn a few times. Slight wear on the side d-rings from the strap hardware rubbing together.
