Cobalt Blue Special Occasion Dress Size 4

This dress deep cobalt blue dress is so beautiful and elegant. It’s perfect for any special occasion like a prom, wedding, homecoming, gala. It is lined with a zipper around the back and a hook eye closer where the zipper ends. The back has butterfly clasps to make it easy to wear. The front has a slit and the front bodice very elegant and beautiful. My mannequin is a size 6 so I had to pin the back in order to show the fit on the mannequin but it does close with the hook eye closures as shown in other photos. The dress is a size 4 Measurements are: Bust: 16” across Waist: 12.5” across Hips: 16” across Length: 61”
