Collective Concepts Sheer Western Blouse/Dress

Great condition. No holes, stains or tears. There is a run on the upper back area. Not noticeable. This blouse is a high low hem (longer in the back). Pocket on the bust. Material is sheer so something would need to be worn underneath. Back has a "pocket" to slide a sash or belt through. Looks awesome with leggings, a cami underneath and a belt around the waist.
