Cool flowered sweater. Sublime goth.

Who what where sweater. Pretty black with the most stunning turquoise flowers. Feels very melancholy. Maybe the neck was cut off of it maybe it's supposed to be like that? I'm not sure. Please see photo. I think it's supposed to be like that but not 100% sure.
