Cooperative flowy dress

Funky high-low dress from Urban Outfitters brand Cooperative. Has a v-neck with ruched sleeve details and fabric decorative buttons. The dress is flowy and higher in the front than the back. The buttons are decorative, so it doesn't lead to gaps in the fabric. Very fun to wear!
