Free People white puff sleeve blouse

Soft puff sleeve blouse from Free People. The blouse appears to be cotton, but is missing it's material label. It has stripes like thick seersucker and dark buttons and is slightly longer in the back. Has puff sleeves that are 3/4 length with some frill additions. Is a great shirt for a summer night or with jeans.
