chuchababy @blondietohell Hey there, and thanks for asking! They do run true to size, because I usually wear a 9.5 medium in heels, and these size 10 mediums are a little roomy on my feet as far as the fit of the straps. However, the soft leather footbed keeps your foot perfectly in place. The length and width are spot-on a size 10 medium, but if you want a tighter fit, a clear silicone insert beneath the ball of your foot is just right. 😉 In adding a photo of me wearing them, if that helps.
