Cotton Ruffle Sleeve Top

I love this top! Ordered from an online thrift store and unfortunately doesn’t fit me well. No signs of wear, looks brand new. Cotton throughout, super lightweight. Top is lined with a loose elastic bra type. Slightly hi-low.
