calikellie @aerinmichelle74 hi! no worries 🙂 I added a picture for you. but the fringes on the bust start at about 9 inches down, and the rest of them start at 20 inches from the shoulder. I'll upload pics for you, too. but I'm pretty sure it's meant to be a type of crop top layover layer
