Covington Petite Stretch Black Tiered Drape Scoop Neck Long Sleeve Top, size Medium Petite, New Without Tags. This beautiful black top features a tiered draped scoop front with a built in cami so that you do not have to wear a tank or cami under the top. The long sleeves are tapered. The top is 95% Polyester, 5% Spandex. It measures 23 inches from top of shoulder to bottom hem. The bust measures 19 inches across laid flat, and the sleeves measure 22 inches long.
