This is an oh-so-cute and warm 90s-does-70s vintage sweater with bell sleeves and nice high-neck thick knit pattern. Off-white color, super soft yarn! Size is labeled small, but would best fit an XS-S. Bust is 17” across and is somewhat stretchy. In excellent condition, clean and ready to wear.
