I make custom {one of a kind} flannels and this is one of my creations :) The chest armpit to armpit (measuring across the front laying out flat and buttoned up) is 19.5" and the length from top to bottom is 30". Typically flannels are worn open so keep that in mind when considering chest measurements. I accept all reasonable offers! & I ship next business day. Let me know if you have any other questions :)
