Stunning custom made Rose+Williams by Tara Latour dress. It's a combination of the "Phillips" top and the "Elliot" skirt. Thick and forgiving matte satin fabric. Worn for a fall wedding but would be fine for a spring or summer. Delicate Horsehair trim around the base of the skirt/train. Absolutely classic - super simple and easy to add your personal twist on. The dress is form-fitting with plenty of boning to highlight hourglass shape. Added a slight seam under the booty to help make it pop ;)
