How long is the torso?

so, to confirm, this would be a "3XS" waist (28-29 inches) to "M" Hip (43-44 inches) as shown in the sizing picture? Since it has been through the 'poshing" cycle already, how does it truly fit (has it been stretched out anywhere so as to have lost its original shape)?? Is it still true to size or has it been stretched out to now be for a larger size? (Thanks!)

@avi_e hi, yes it's true to size with the size chart and in very good condition. it was very lightly used. also comes with the washing bag.
